Snoring is absolutely natural and a talking point for insane.


One phenomenon which is perhaps known to every one but every one point finger on other and exempt him-herself out off it. I hope you have already guessed it? If not ! Its snoring. I am sure 90 % people suffering from snoring, but in most cases, it is not ailment at all but a natural course of breathing , while we fell into sleep.

Though its natural thing but it irritates a lot person, you sharing your bed or room with. It is always the awaken person's nightmare and sleeping person's luxury and relief. The problem is not that why one's snores but problem is the person that is experiencing one that snoring.

As we know that we all are better aware of other's bad habits, bad attitudes than ourselves and this to much awareness cause problem for us and our object of objection. As I had earlier said that snoring is absolutely a natural thing, but provide a considerable stuff to people around us to chat about and annoying the snoring person. Snoring causes are;

*When we fall into sleeps Uvula  in humans soft palate, which normally used to hang downward fall back or
tend to fall right or left hinders evenness in breathing smoothly and cause snoring. Some people snores violently and other moderately but all snores off and on depending on how physical fatigues and laborious day one has had.
* Some people got an uvula which is bigger than normal, which also cause of violent snoring. it can be operated short to lessen the problem.

* Other people are suffering from snoring could have unclean nasals or nose which could be one of causes of snoring.

* Respiratory or bronchitis problems, which plaguing the respiratory system and eventually cause snoring.

It is very annoying when people around you talk about snoring about other's but forgot that they too, snores much or less as the person  they talking about. The reason is that one could not find fault with him-herself but do find fault with other, because we lack ability to oversee ourselves, particularly in sleeping.
